Notable Solutions, Inc. (NSi) is a leading provider of paper and electronic content capture and business automation solutions. NSi's flagship product, AutoStore, captures paper and electronic documents from a copier, scanner, or printer, then routes the information into the appropriate business system based on the document type. With the introduction of NSI's AutoStore to a new marketing channel, the company wanted to make it easy to educate sales personnel and potential customers. Presentek developed a Quicktour (Flash movie) to serve as a visual explainer piece for the multi-module AutoStore software platform.

Presentek worked with NSi through a discovery process that helped Presentek's team understand the software, its key benefits and modules. Before animation and media production took place, Presentek prepared a storyboard and complete script for the quicktour. Storyboards present the animation concepts in a static view with notes so they can be discussed and refined easily and it can be assured that finished scenes will meet the communication objectives. Opportunities to extend NSi's branding while introducing new visual styling were explored.

The end result was an interesting to watch quicktour that highlights the value proposition of NSI's AutoStore in just a few minutes. Also important to NSi was a production process that did not require a huge investment of time by NSi's sales and marketing personnel. Once the project was completed NSi immediately began leveraging the Quicktour by distributing it to their internal sales team worldwide, their channel partners and posting the movie in different formats on various web and social media sites to increase brand and product awareness.
